Each position in black is a negative position in the I Ching and each white is a positive position showing the number that would be in that position in an I Ching map. It would make an Interesting crossword puzzle.

Map 425 - 147 - 258 - 369 All Energies

As we can see from the earlier bagua maps 147 sees the beginning middle and end of the Water dominant cycles. Number 1 is water full of potential, number 4 is water in full flow and number 7 is returning to the lakes, water once again but contained. Water is often considered to be the flow of money and once it reaches the number 7 position it is time for it be be spent, hey big spender, let that money flow in and out and there will be no blockages. If your purse is full you cannot put in any more.

258 is part of the Earth bagua maps 2 is the beginning of something taking form from the potential of water, 5 is the balanced and harmonious point for Earth energy and fired earth so both water and fire find a balanced position and finally 8 is the Earth which is completed and spent returning to below ground once more to be moulded into something new. Mould that clay.

369 is the Fire dominant bagua 3 and is the beginning of growth from below ground, now becoming visible, 6 is the fully created heavenly form and finally 9 is fire that has been spent and the burning embers can become the dreams of tomorrow as the fire creates ash.

The beginning, middle and end of all cycles. Where do you fit in. I am a number 1 water, I like to think full of potential to create anything the heart so desires. The beginning of a beautiful dream.

Map 420 Me, Myself and I Facing the Shadows

So here we have TGC 1/7 and its back or shadow yet to me the back should be AGC 7/1 yet is is CGA 4/1 and whilst we now know that 4 and 7 are interchangeable I still wonder why TGC isn't read from left to right and the top of the hexagram from right to left which would give us the AGC 1/7 shadow as shown below.

Bottom TGC left to right top AGC right to left and CGA left to right.

So as a Face TGC 1/7 I have a shadow CGA  4/1 and this matches with the way the crystal works as the opposite point in the 1/7 crystal is 4/1.  Also turning the lines of 1/7 upside down will give you a reading of 4/1.

So here I am back at the four flips stage. Start at top left and flip over to top right horizontally. Then flip over vertically to bottom right and finally flip horizontally to bottom left.

This for me has to be all the positions I can hold strongly. TGC which is my nine star ki DNA but also CGT AGC and CGA have some bearing.

TGC which is 1/7 ....... CGT which is 1/4......... AGC which is 7/1 and CGA which is 4/1.

So I have four sides to me not two and should take a closer look at the energies associated with these numbers and DNA letters.

So I know myself through Hexagram 47 1/7 Exhaustion (Fire Quadant), so I can now look at Hex  48 4/1 The Well (Water Quadrant), Hexagram 60 7/1 Articulating (Earth Quadrant) and finally Hex 59 1/4 Dispersing (Water Quadrant).

So I am lacking something in the Air/Tree Quadrants but have access to the other elements. Double Water might be helpful in creating some of that tree energy I need.

I start out a 1/7 which is a 'giving' set of numbers and can thus be draining or exhausting because 1 to 7 is a retrograde or anticlockwise movement thus giving rather than receiving hence the potential for exhaustion.

Hex 48 The Well 4/1 is perhaps a well from which I can replenish myself but once again an anticlockwise or giving direction.

Hex 60 7/1 Articulating, that is probably the area I will find the most difficulty, the use of words rather than images but if I can master it I can continue to use Hex 59. Clockwise receiving energy.

Hex 59 1/4 dispersing and give, replenish and give again. Happy days. The latter two are receiving so maybe give and take work for me.
