Partnerships between Nine Star Ki Pairings

Here we have the nine star ki for the numbers 1/7 DNA Codon TGC

Here we have maps of 81 points or 9 x 9 nine star ki sections one of the numbers is a countdown and the other is a count up…….e.g. 

                                    7/1 next number 7/2 count up or 7/1 next number 7/9 count down……

We see by the sections coloured in blue at the top count down and count up create a similar pattern but one is upside down………then we look to the 7/1 count down and see its the same as the 1/7 count up…..different nine star ki numbers but the double number is in the same position. Also 7/1 count up and 1/7 coundown 

I am undecided about the double number just yet are they black holes or worm holes or some sort of connection to another code. 1/7 partnering with 7/1 makes it sound easy but 4.2 partners with 9/2so I have some way to go yet to see if the patterns appear that tell me something more.
