The bottom image shows us the position of the petals with the first letter of a DNA Codon coming from the first 4 houses of the chart. Then the second letter amongst the second part and finally the third letter in the last four parts of the circle.
Ideally the three petals could also be shown in three different sizes T would be the biggest, G would me medium size and C would be the smallest. Also note the lean to the left of the stem for even number Hexagrams and to the right for odd numbers. Usually the odd number is on the base of the hexagram and the even number is on the top.
