Tritone or Diablos in Music and its potential to be connected to DNA.
A tritone is created when a space of 3 whole notes or 6 semitones occur.
Therefore as C to F is a Tritone all DNA Codons have the potential to contain at least one tritone if they begin with DNA Letters T and A. There are four codons that begin TA as follows…
TAT - Tyrosine - Lecturer Shape - 1/9 Nine Star Ki - Direction North West to South East. The Lecturer creates a triangle T to A Quincunx A to T Square and T back to T Trine. A Green, red and blue aspect shape. It contains 1 tritone C and F.
TAA - Stop Ochre - Lecturer Shape - 4/3 Nine Star Ki - Direction South East to North West - The Lecturer creates a triangle T to A Quincunx A to A Trine A to T Square - A green, blue and red aspect shape. It contains 1 Tritone C and F.
TAG - Stop Amber - Magician shape - 4/9 Nine Star Ki - Direction South to North - The Magician creates a triangle T to A Quincunx A to G Quincunx and G to T Sextile - A green, green and blue aspect. No red here. It contains 1 tritone C and F.
TAC - Tyrosine - Ruminator - 1-3 Nine Star Ki - Direction East to West - The Ruminator creates a triangle T to A Quincunx - A to C Opposition - C to T Inconjunct - A green, Red and Green aspect. No blue here - It contains two tritones, the only DNA Codon that does, from C to F and then D to G.
When you look at these amino acid/DNA codons they sit in the fire quadrant of the I Ching and also in the Earth portion of the Fire quadrant as a block of four. TAC and TAT both make Tyrosine and below them we have two STOP signals.
TAC as mRNA becomes a START button or MET - Metrionine - I mention this alone as it interests me that STOP and START can be found here. If STOP codons adapt to a protein they are reassigned to another Amino Acid which means they continue on past the STOP sign. They are also said to be connected to Mitochondria.
Now I never said I wasn’t crazy or deny that I make everything up as I go along but I prefer to call it being an observer and noting something of interest. In DNA there is a description SMAC/DIABLO. Hmmm.
This title stands for Second Mitochondrial derived Activator of Caspases/direct IAP binding protein with low PL. A protein that plays a part in the cell death or apoptosis. A damaged cell will signal it needs apoptosis due to cellular damage/stress this triggers the release of SMAC/DIABLO from the Mitochondria.
Cancer cells often have dysregulated apoptosis and SMAC ability to promote apoptosis which could potentially be used in cancer therapy. Increased levels of SMAC could make cancer cells more susceptible to apoptosis.
Interesting concepts but I digress we have one more version of DNA Codon Diablos to look at…..when D and G are played together……these codons contain only one tritone each.
GCC - Alanine - Lecturer Shape - 3/3 Nine Star Ki - Direction Centred - The Lecturer creates a triangle of G to C Quincunx C to C Grand Trine - C to G Square. Green, Blue and Red.

When you look at these amino acid/DNA codons they sit in the Air/Tree quadrant of the I Ching and also in the Water portion of the Earth quadrant as a block of four. All four of them create the amino acid Alanine.
Alanine is connected to smac/diablo, specifically the N-terminal sequence of SMAC/DIABLO which includes Alanine and is crucial for its interaction with IAP proteins. This N-terminal motif, often represented as Ala-Val-Pro-LLe (AVPI) binds to the BIR domains of IAPS, enables SMAC/DIABLO to counteract their anti-apoptotic effects. So Alanine is connected to apoptosis or certain forms of alanine are like B-alaniine can induce apoptosis, while L-alanine can also play a role in protecting cells from apoptosis. Additionally alanine levels can be indicators of apoptosis and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) activity increases during apoptosis.
So I think I will leave that side of it there for now enough to see that all 8 of these DNA Codons or Amino Acids have some connection to SMAC/DIABLO and apoptosis.
Diablos in music is called the Devils interval or tritone ….the STOP codons are also called The Terminators…….there are other tritones or Triads in the c major scale but they cannot be made into DNA Codons if their first note is E or beyond. The first four notes create the first letter of a codon, the next four the middle letter and the last four the third letter.
