Box 1 is associated with box 1, 2,5 and 6 through the chest area.

Boxes 3,4,7 and 8 are associated with the head.

Boxes 9, 10, 13 and 14 are associated with the neck.

Boxes 11, 12, 15 and 16 are associated via the central nervous system.

This pattern seems to be from all first letters C.T.G.A.

Box 1 is associated with Box 3, Box 9 and box 11 via sexual reproductive organs. This pattern is associated with the third letter pattern shown below but can also be seen working here in the number two letter position.
