The Elements of DNA Codons in the Game LEJEND

 

Here we see the four elements that mix to create the Amino Acids of DNA Codons.

This shows us that C and G are opposites and T and A are opposites. 

Four elements from which to choose three letters, this makes it possible to create 64 different DNA Codons.

4 x 4 x 4 = 64 Variations on a Theme of DNA 

In this game now called LEJEND you have to create a pattern with as few triangles in it as possible that contains all 64 DNA codons. They can be read forward and backward e.g. TGC can also be CGT. Palindromes only count as one as they read the same both ways e.g. TGT. 

These DNA Codons once they become a triplet make amino acids as follows….

Arganine, Asparagine, Alanine, Aspartic Acid, Cysteine, Glutamic Acid, Glutamine, Glycine, Histidine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, METhionine (Start), Phenylalanine, Proline, Serine, STOP, Threonine, Tryptophan, Tyrosine,Valine. (21 variations) 

So the aim of the game is to use as few triangles as possible to make up a pattern that contains 64 different DNA Codons without repeating a codon twice. Any number that contains all 64 codons is a win but to get down to the very least in which the game can be completed is the goal. It has been determined that 34 triangles is the very least you can expect to use. So good luck with making that pattern yourself from these DNA Codons below…….these have been reduced down from 64 to exclude any read backwards …..so TGC and CGT, we lose one of them because otherwise they would duplicate a codon. 64 become 40. The Archimedes Spiral and the 180* Tritone Aspect

 

The Tritone or the villain of the piece. The 180* aspect or Opposition. We see here in the 8 octaves a Triton from T to G can only go back to T which is in the next octave so NO DNA Codons can be created here. It colours all the circles red from the colour associated with the opposition. It has 6 semitones. 

Here we see the six opposition lines all of which cut through the centre and make sure that there is no peace to be found there with all the clashing intense sounds of the Tritone. 

The unstable sounds of the Tritone create dissonance, tense restless energy, a.k.a. The Devil in Music. Diablos. Blues and jazz often use tritones to create suspense, a menacing atmosphere, great for psychological thrillers, intense, unstable a sense of unresolved issues. The ear cannot find a place to rest here it creates an itch that must be adapted by trying to expand outwards or inwards anything to get to a different sound 2 notes pulling in opposite directions that just want to find some peace. The Simpsons music is diablos well that contains two little devils in one place. In more ways than one Tritones are disorientating. 

The push me pull me concept …… a tug of war feeling. Like mirrors that do not like what they see so pull away. This hard aspect requires a compromise. It wont come easily but finding that ability to see the other persons perspective and learning to integrate shows a maturity that only comes with time.  Blame, its not me its you, never being aware of the other persons needs only your own. Me Me Me only I count, no wonder the Devils name comes into it. Its a revolving door eventually if you can learn to share first its you then me. If we could learn to adjust by pulling one side over a little out of the centre then perhaps that ball of fire would lose its power and indeed some peace could be found. I would avoid adding this to a piece of music whenever possible.

As a 1/7 Nine Star Ki TGC DNA Codon I have a Tritone in my triangle T to G is a Tritone…..then G to C is a Perfect 4th and C back to T in the new octave is a Minor 2nd…….perhaps pulling into that green perfect 4th could help in this situation. Enjoy your thinking. X 

The Archimedes Spiral and the 150* Quincunx Aspect

 

Here we have the 150* Quincunx Aspect - 5 semitones apart - we can clearly see the pentagon shape within it. Known as the Perfect 4th. Associated with the colour green and the number five. 

This looked as though it would have more than one Aspect shape but it doesn’t. The outer octave starts at T moves to A and finally G. The second row starts C moves to T but in coming back to close with the next T it actually moves into the next octave so does not apply so the only true aspect shape from this number is TAG.

TAG - Hex 50 - S/N direction - 4/9 Nine Star Ki - Aspect Shape one of the Large size Magicians - STOP Amber Amino Acid - C F A# - Planets Jupiter and Mars - 150* x 150* x 60* - Magician. 

For some reason I want to call this the Mother Mary sound it is associated with Virgo - Virgin birth - and somehow I feel it connects to her. 210 aspects may appear the same but they are not 150 degrees has questions that need to be answered whereas 210 degrees has found the answers. 

The 150* aspect requires constant adjustment just as you find one answer another question appears. There is no element connection nor modality which explains the tension to some extent. Until you engage with the 150* question there is no tension, the answers may feel they have come out of the ether but come they must. An inventive aspect with original ideas a plenty. An answer may be forthcoming but if it is not the perfect answer and you feel something intangible but better might be out there is it not going to be the answer and the question persists. I guess you could say when the answer is ideal then enough is done. The Quintessence is the result. Sometimes stable sometimes unstable but authoritative and solid creates a pure acoustic clarity of peace, security, strength. It needs answers to release the tension and dissonance, it needs to drop to a more relaxed tone to please the ear. Yearning is a word I would use for the Quincunx. 

The Archimedes Spiral and the 120* Trine Aspect

 

Here we see the 120* aspect or Trine called the Major 3rd….it is 4 semitones apart. This example above shows the Grand Trine of TTT in Fire house 1, 5 and 9. All four Grand Trines can be created though in this archimedes spiral GGG, AAA and CCC. All can be made within the one circle though this pattern shows an 8 octave pattern within it. 

It has a bright, sunny, radiance about the trine with an open feeling like your heart bursting outwards. It is stable and blends easily without clashing. Feels warm and joyful. The Major 3rd Is now getting in DNA Codon aspect shapes that a large. 

So four DNA Codons CCC…TTT…AAA…GGG the Grand Trine no other codons can be created here.

The Archimedes Spiral and the Sextile Aspect of 60*

 

Here we see the 8 octave spiral connected to the 60* aspect or sextile. Known as the Major 2nd it is said to be bold, strong, cheerful if perhaps a little restless. It has little dissonance but more of an energy that encourages you to move forward in the future. It is 2 semitones musically. With a floaty, lazy tone, a bit of a dreamlike state and yet an uplifting melody. Harmonious and supportive feeling to it. It forms the sextile 60* aspect and is associated with the colour blue. It creates a six sided hexagon shape. The perfect honeycomb pattern like a pair of DNA Hexagrams from the I Ching. They share compatible elements but not modalities. A creative energy that opens doors, a kind of use it or lose it way with it. Talent can make you lazy…..you can do it…..but can you be bothered to put in the effort. Its friendly and lacks friction which is why you can end up missing out a little friction gets things moving. Creative flare here and a tool that can be put to good use. 

There are NO DNA Codons that can be made by the flow of sextiles in a circle. 

The Archimedes Spiral and the Semisextile or 30* Aspect

 Here we have the example of the Archimedes Spiral for the 30 degree angle in a circle. Let’s take a closer look.

The 30* aspect is associated with the colour green, a semisextile that creates 12 30* aspects for a full circle. The image above shows the 8 octaves. NO DNA Codons can be made from these sections as they cannot span the 1st, 2nd and 3rd sections of the circle in order to create the three letters required. It does create the perfect template for an astrology chart. It is known as the Minor 2nd and moves one semitone on the piano keyboard. A dedecagon in shape. There is tension, unease, suspense attached to its sound. It has a minor instability about it. When you push down the two keys next to each other down at the same time it creates a clashing sound that affects the brain making it determined to resolve the problem. As an example Fur Elise is softly played but can feel bittersweet, loving and so on but also a sense of friction. It is said a baby crying has this effect, most women would relate to that sense of panic. Sitting next to each other they have clashing elements and modalities having very little in common other than being neighbours.

Sitting and Facing Directions of DNA Codons

 Here we have the Directions Map showing all 64 codons of DNA in each of the 8 areas. My own TGC is in the North East facing South West……..interesting that all codons are turned inwards facing the direction they are known for taking. The East green / blue area has the North east yellow / orange area just below it and my TGC is very close to the centre with only the centre codon CCC beyond it around the centre. C and G are the only letters you will find around the central centre. 

Seek out your own DNA Codon and find its sitting position which will give you its facing position to the centre and beyond. Your somewhere in there. Enjoy your thinking x 

Piano Keyboard Combinations

 

Here we see the piano keyboard once again split at the piano hinge that lacks a black key…….TGC as a DNA Codon is used here we have the larger triangle from T to G to C and then back to T to close it off but that final T is now in the next octave. The smaller triangle connects T to G in an orange square and then G to C in a lime green square then C back to T in a purple square……the slash lines are just to show when two colours combined are next to each other. The colours are combinations of the four letters of DNA colours…..

Red and Yellow - Orange     Red and Green - Brown 

Red and Red - Red               Red and blue - Purple.

Green and Yellow - Lime     Green and Blue - Mid Green

Green and Green - Green    Yellow and Yellow - Yellow

 Blue and Blue - Blue                  9 variations in total  

The top triangle of The Ruminator shows the shape it would be in the circle. 

So TGC is a colour combination in the Ruminator of red and green but on the keyboard combination it has Orange, Teal and Purple. Sounds combined changing the colours presented. Enjoy your thinking x 

The I Ching Hexagrams and DNA Codons with errors from the usual Rule Book

 

Here we see a set of 64 DNA Codons……..T is orange…G is Yellow… A is Green… C is Blue… T and A pair up and C and G pair up. 

They sit together here as pairs Hex 1 all yellow GGG 6/6 has all Blue CCC Hex 2 - 2/2 sitting on top of it ……. Rule here lower yellow moves diagonally across the top becoming its opposite upper Blue. When all of a hexagram is yellow or blue combinations they swop to each other as they move to the top. Yellow becoming Blue or vice versa. 

The next pair are ATC Hex 3 sitting below CAT Hex 4. The rule here is T becomes A and A becomes T diagonally but C remains unchanged. 

The next pair AGA Hex 5 sits below Hex 6 TGT and again T becomes A and A becomes T diagonally but yellow remains unchanged.

So the rules 1…..C and G swop each other out only if the whole codon is blue and yellow combinations. 2….. when T or A appear in a codon they swop to each other diagonally. 3….. If T or A appear in a codon with C or G then C and G remain unchanged. 

So follow these rules and everything will work out well. The Odd number is always at the bottom of the Hexagram shape and the even number at the top. So no problems repeating this pattern until you come to Hexagrams 27 and 28. Marked with a little heart. A blip in the rule book for hexagrams. Move on then until you come to the next * Hexagrams 51/52….. then Hexagrams 57/58 and finally Hexagrams 61/62. So four little hearts showing the Hexagrams that do not conform to all of the rules for the I Ching in DNA Codons. 

Hex 27/8 ACT below with TGA on top instead of the usual rules A and T have not changed but the C at the centre has become a G that does not conform. 

Hex 61/2 AGT below with TCA on top instead of the usual rules A and T have not changed but the G at the centre has become a C that does not conform. 

These two sets of hexagrams have the same problem. 

Hex 51/2 GCC 3/3 below with CCG 8/8 above this is not changing at all just moving the same letter from bottom to the top which does not conform. 

Hex 57/8 CGG 4/4 below with GGC 7/7 above this is not changing at all just moving the same letter from bottom to the top which does not conform. 

These two sets of hexagrams have the same problem. 

Hex 27 and Hex 28….

Hex 28 -  Nine Star Ki 4/7 - (screaming out to be paired with 7/4 AGT) Music C F# A -  DNA Codon TGA 

Hex 27 - Nine Star Ki 3/8 - (screaming out to be paired with 8/3 TCA) Music C# G G# - DNA Codon ACT

On the left we see Hexagrams 27 and 28 together on the right we see how if they followed the rules they would look. We see ACT creates another ACT on top which of course wont do. In Nine Star Ki 3 and 8 like to be paired and 4 with 7 so again this pair are not happy in either letters or numbers. 

Let’s look at the other similar problem with Hexagrams 61/2. 

Hex 61 - Nine Star Ki is 7/4 - Music C# F# G# -  DNA Codon AGT

Hex 62 - Nine Star Ki is 8/3 - Music C G A - DNA Codon TCA 

Notice how in the error they create sides which are the same colour and of course this would not happen if they followed the rules. Again they are creating themselves. So perhaps someone in charge of DNA came along and said swop the Hats on top……so that AGT sat with TCA and ACT sits with TGA. 

These four Hexagrams have had to adapt in order not to produce only themselves. So now they do not match with DNA Letters or Nine Star Ki numbers but the repetition problem has been solved. 

The same changes need to be made to the four Hexagrams connected only to C or G letters…….. Hex 51/2 GCC 3/3 below with CCG 8/8 above this is not changing at all just moving the same letter from bottom to the top which does not conform. 

Hex 57/8 CGG 4/4 below with GGC 7/7 above this is not changing at all just moving the same letter from bottom to the top which does not conform. 

With these four problem Codons the letters are wrong but the numbers are actually right here so maybe its not as much of a problem as the other four above.

So 8 Hexagrams with rule breakers problems finding ways to resolves them lets hope it doesn’t cause other problems down the line. Enjoy your thinking. X 

Patterns from our Codons

 The ins and outs of family life as each codon

is drawing a line between letters e.g. T to G to C and then T in the next octave to G to C and then back to T each codon creating a different shape……as unique as we are…… is rather uniform with CCT creating a very nice curvaceous pattern. Enjoy your thinking. X

Piano Keyboard and DNA Codons

 Here we have a piano keyboard coloured in the Letters of DNA. Red for T Green for A Yellow for G and Blue for C it puzzles me why there is no black key after the second T or after the Final C as it moves into the next octave. Apparently the monks that created those sharp keys centuries ago felt they were not required I didn’t know that until I had spent some time wondering about it and then someone mentioned piano hinges and I thought they would be perfect to split the keyboard at these missing black notes. The results are down below two keyboards diagonally connected. Parts vertical other parts horizontal. 

The dot at the centre is the light point where all lines cross…….the cross contains the vertical and horizontal parts and the cross the missing black keys. Parts are above the horizon and others below….many things to think about here and with two keyboards we can now move into the next octave easily. We know a DNA Codon needs to move into the next codon to form its triangle shape and complete the codon now that is possible.

Another example of life in one continuous line…….ACG The Worker, TGC The Ruminator and AAA The Grand Trine……..all making very psychedelic patterns. I cannot help but feel the doorway entrance….or en - trance in the AAA Grand Trine pattern …….(en means within)….

Aspects in Time 30 to 210* Making a Happy Tune

Here we have the TGC version on a piano beginning to end to beginning in the next octave……

Here we see the closed circle version of the 12 part astrology chart 12 sections of 30* and yet we now find in finishing that final line of an Aspect triangular shape we have to move into a new section of more than 12 parts of a chart. In this example TCC T Aries moves 210* to G Scorpio and G Scorpio moves 150* to C Pisces no problem but Pisces cannot complete the triangle until it returns to T in the next octave musically or circle astrologically. In moving into a new Octave it creates a new life starting over again from T to C to C and so on for as many lives it is deemed necessary. So the circle becomes a 3D spiral and the octave expands each time into the next and in doing so doubles its frequency as you have done this before and are therefore more evolved. So once we reach C in the circle it requires a new destination and starts over. In the Piano keys version linear progression creates the same evolved lives of the future. 

That said if this is a possibility it might mean that our DNA Codon in this case TCC may be vibrating to different frequencies in DNA because we do not yet know how evolved the code is. There is an answer (210*) to the question (150*) but in turn that begets another question and so it goes on. Now we are left wondering if DNA codons can indeed vibrate differently even when containing the same letters. Enjoy your thinking. X 

One Octave Astrology Chart and Beyond

 

Here we have a piano keyboard with lines of varying length…..

Short green line 30* semisextile or Minor 2nd

Longer green line 150* Quincunx or Perfect 4th

Short blue line 60* sextile or Major 2nd

Longer blue line 120* Trine or Major 3rd

Short red line 90* square or Minor 3rd

Longer red line 180* opposition or Tritone

Purple Line 210* Inconjunct or Perfect 5th

You can lift any line up and move it across from one note to another and it will still remain what it is described as. 

I try to keep the lines within the one octave and only two lines are required to make a DNA Codon. E.g.

AAA is a Major 3rd blue lines from the first A to the second A then another Major 3rd blue line can go from 2nd letter to third letter and that will create three notes/letters of a DNA Codon.

To create the aspect shapes however it would only have two lines and still needs that last line from 3rd note back to the first note and then you would have a Grand Trine. The dilemma I have is do I go backwards on the keyboard to return from third A to first A or do I go into the next octave to get the final line. That is still debatable. With a birth chart you only get the 12 sections you don’t move into another circle and the pattern needs to grow moving from left side East down to North at the bottom up to West midway up to the top or South and finally returning to East to close. That is only possible if you go around the outside of the circle and do NOT cut through the centre of the chart. If you do not move this way the 210* aspect is lost and becomes just another 150* which it is not. 

Take TCG First letter T Aries draws a line of 210* to second letter C Scorpio then a line of 90* to G Aquarius for the 3rd letter but it needs to draw another line from G back to T in order to close the triangle with a line of 60* this then becomes a Teacher aspect. In drawing this triangle though I have to move into the next octave to create the 60* T closer. A closer look at this to follow. X Enjoy your thinking x 

DNA Music and Octaves

 We see here a piano keyboard denoting the notes of an octave in music. From C, C#, D, D#, E, F, F#, G, G#, A, A#, B.

Section one contains T, A, G, C and repeats in section two and three. A DNA Codon contains letters one from each section. So what can we tell ourselves about a DNA Codon from this information. Take a letter from each section and change it into music. 

TGC - C F# B - G Major - C to F# creates a Tritone or Opposition and F# to B creates a Perfect 4th or a Quincunx. It is a Ruminator in shape.

GAT - D F G# - A Major - D to F creates a Minor 3rd or square and F to G# creates another minor 3rd or square. It is a Worker in shape.

AAC - C# F B - D Major - C# to F creates a Major 3rd or Trine and F to B creates a Tritone or opposition.

CCT - D# F# G# - A Major - D# to F# creates a Minor 3rd or Square. F# to G# creates a Major 2nd or Sextile. 

CTC - D# E B - E Major - D# to E creates a minor 2nd or semisextile and E to B creates a perfect 5th or Inconjunct (210*) aspect. 

ATC - C# E B - D Major - C# to E is a Minor 3rd or square and E to B is a perfect 5th or Inconjunct (210*) aspect. 

ATG - C# E A# - B Major - C# to E is a Minor 3rd or square and E to A# is a Tritone or opposition aspect. 

These are just a few examples of the 64 codons we have.

So for DNA Codons do we take TGC C F# B and play as follows….

C F# B 3 single notes and C F# B together ……..or C F# together then F# and B together….

Or would it be C F# together F# B together then back to the original C and B together. 

If you move to the next C instead of going back to move into another octave and lose the power of the octave or the division of the chart by 12. 

Potentially that means we could play C and F# together then F# and B together then B and C in the next octave together. Which means 13 sections not 12 and they can get much bigger with other codons. So for the moment I think the best choice is……

This way whichever we choose we remain within the one octave of course this may not be the case and moving into two octaves works better but then repeat it and you can move right off the piano keyboard in the end. Enjoy your thinking. X

Each row is a complete year…..the numbers marked with a red dot need to be counted twice and the purple line needs to be added as extra so that you have all 12 months of the year and can count the elements for all of them.

2 with 6 - 8 with 7 - 1 with 4 - 3 with 9 

and of course any nine star ki with a five will have to be changed to either a 2 or an 8 codon. 

Each row has the potential for 12 DNA Codons and hence we can add up the letters of the relevant elements to see what dominates in each number.

2 has only C Water and T Fire on the upper line above the Earth and 6 has only A Earth and G Air/tree on the lower line below Earth. 

All other numbers are either top or bottom heavy in a mirror image opposite. 

So lets take my Nine Star Ki which is 1/7 TGC check out the line for the number 1 and it is heavier above Earth or in the Heavens and less than below the ground. It partners with number 4’s mirror image. TGC is a month that is counted twice for March and December. So the dominant element for me is Water and second Fire….as the saying goes if you are not born of Fire and Water you will not see the kingdom of Heaven lets hope this means I will. Energy Directions

 

Here we see an 81 piece template for Nine Star Ki based on 1/7 TGC DNA Codon at the centre which takes a south westerly direction for the number 7 month red being associated with number 7 all other squares are coloured with the direction their month number produces. 1/1 - 1/2 - 1/3 - 1/4 - 1/5 - 1/6 - 1/7 - 1/8 - 1/9 all having their own colours. 

Now we have added the vertical, horizontal or diagonal line for the energy direction of each codon. I have added a white light connection in the positions when two lines connect with each other the brightest light being where four lines connect. The blue dots the position of the 1/1 Nine Star Ki or DNA Codon CGC. Not all positions create that flash of light but they are still part of the whole as we all are. 

The DNA Codons associated with this map are as follows TGC 1/7 at the centre 1/1 CGC - 1/2 CAC - 1/3 TAC - 1/4 CGT - 1/5 (Becomes 1/2 CAC) - 1/6 TGT - 1/8 CAT - 1/9 TAT.

The Tilt of 1/7 with 4/1 Nine Star Ki

 

I am not sure what I am seeing here but I wanted to do some spooky action from a distance and wondered which other DNA Codon would be my partner. I am a 1/7 TGC and it could appear in this instance 4/1 CGA partners me well. The image below partnering in the hexagrams of the I Ching 47 and 48 as TGC moves upwards to the Heavens it is an Orange, yellow and blue square but as it flips over the top and comes down the other side it becomes CGT to our eyes although we know it actually remains TGC. 

The number 1 has 12 C Water letter and 12 T Fire with 6 A Earth and 6 G Air and the number four works in the opposite way showing us more upward energy for the number 1 and more downward energy for the number 4. One pushing up, one pushing down do they simply stand still. Note sure what I am thinking here just yet but enjoy your thinking. X 

Nine Star Ki 1/7 TGC DNA Codon in Pattern form

Here we have a 729 piece map of Nine Star Ki with 1/7 at the centre

We see the number that is the main focus of 9 pieces uniformly sitting at the centre of each section.

 Now we have also added the main month and year numbers 1 and 7 for this Nine Star Ki. The arrows of time all facing the direction they are taking. 

They are split into three strips to make them easier to read I could go on and add each colour but these are the main sections we need to observe. They would make wonderful curtains and you would never tire of a meditation moment sitting just looking at them and making more and more observations of your own. Enjoy your thinking. X
