The more you work with the triangles of the codons of DNA the more you realise how two connecting codons can cause a blockage whereas others are happiest and most space saving together the more you play the game the more you see the connections. I am almost convinced that 36 is indeed the smallest pattern that can be made of all 64 codons of DNA in one small grouping read in any direction without repeating a codon. Have fun trying, its not as easy as it looks.
Now that I feel I have mastered the 64 codons and that 36 is indeed it's smallest size perhaps I can try to create this pattern of 36 triangles in the shape of one triangle containing 36 triangles. Watch this space.
Fire at the top followed by air and earth and water at the bottom all of which make up 36 triangles. For the codons pattern I have 12 of each of the four elements to choose from so the pattern cannot be this uniform but its worth a try.
