The mutations in C282Y and H63D can be as follows.......C282Y from a Guanine (G) to Adenine (A) it can produce a substitution of Cysteine for Tyrosine at amino acid position 282 in the protein. In the H63D mutation a Guanine (G) replaces Cytosine (C) at nucleotide 187 of the gene causing Aspartate/aspartic acid to substitute Histidine at amino acid position 63 in the protein. Another is a substitution of Cysteine for Serine at amino acid position 65.

*** So in the case of Cysteine being substituted for Tyrosine with a G becoming an A then TGC has been changed to TAC .... both of them create the shape of a Ruminator...... both have Mercury but TGC has Venus and TAC has Jupiter. Jupiter is in its growth situation and Venus has come to fruition.
Musically TGC is C F# B and TAC is C F B...... so TGC is half a tone higher than TAC so could be said that TAC is a lower tone of TGC. So Tyrosine is lowering the tone in this mix.

Finally one case of Cysteine changing to Serine ....I suspect the Cysteine choice has to be TGC and the G is changed to a C thus changing it to TCC as no other similar changes occur with other Serine amino acids......
