Here we have six versions of Amino Acids.......for example there are four Glycine and whilst we may say that they must be four different types of Glycine because the last letter of each amino acid is different ...they all start with GG but the third letter in the sequence is different. That tells me those four Glycines must have difference even if it is only that they sound different.
Move onto Proline and we see the same thing all begin CC but the third letter is different.
Isoleucine has three definite Isoleucines but one of them is MET or the Start button yet it fits in nicely here with the ISO’s do they have a relationship.
Histidine has only two codons but they fit nicely into the square that forms the CA package with Glutamine......do Histindine and Glutamine have another relationship.
So we can only conclude that although GGG makes Glycine so do GGT GGA and GGC so there has to be some sort of difference in that actual batch of Glycine. Remember there are different amounts of molecules for each of the letters so yes they make Glycine but they have differences.
The others to follow.......
