Here we have Serine full set for TC’s but AG’s A and G both belong to the Arginine amino acids once again showing a relationship between Serine and Arginine in the AG C# and F# if not between the TC’s
Here we see Alanine and Threonine which have no other relationships that we can see.
Then we have STOP Ochre and STOP Amber but they also form a relationship through starting with TA or C F with Tyrosine.
I like to think that without a list or pattern such as this these relationships could pass us by.....but if you were baking a cake and the first two ingredients were flour and butter but the third ingredient was different in all four cakes we would have four cakes but four cakes with many similarities. Tyrosine amino acids have only two codons so perhaps they have a need to befriend the STOP codons who can say but relationships in music must have some purpose.........maybe thats why we have to play I will name that tune in three because two markers just are not enough to say what it is that is about to be played.
Enjoy thinking. X
