DNA Codons in a String of Amino Acids

The Family Bunting
or
Zip Fastener

A positive codon or face of the cube has two downward pointing triangles and one pointing upwards. The negative or rear face of the cube has two

upward pointing triangles and one downward pointing triangle. They can fit together as above only when a positive is followed by a negative, if you show them sitting as they would in a hexagram the same row of DNA would look more like this.

Positive and negative alternately fit together very well whereas positive and positive do not fit together. Another alternative would be to have negatives on top and positives down below as they appear in the Hexagrams...

Notice how doing it this way means that we cannot fit the row in one line. I think I know enough about DNA to know it does not take up unnecessary space and would therefore not bother to spread itself out this way. Conclusion....... positive or negative versions of a codon do not make a difference in a zip fastener of DNA.
