This is a map of the 64 hexagrams in colour and number position. Starting at 1 with 2, 3 with 4 etc.,
The alerts that don't conform to the usual standard are shown again separately. If you need more information on them look for the map marked alerts.
As you look at this you see how easy it is to follow once you realise the format. If you have a hexagram with T or A in it T becomes A and the A becomes T, C & G remain unchanged.
If you have a hexagram with only the letters C or G then they change to their opposites C becomes G and G becomes C except in alerts.
The hexagram is of course a cube as the example shows and you can see either the face or the rear view but not both at the same time, hence the hexagram shape being useful to see at a glance.
This tells me that whilst I am TGC I face the world and my shadow is CGA on the cube.
I also wonder about reading the hexagrams face side or bottom line which is positive or plus
from left to right so TGC is 1/7. The top line negative or minus rear view from right to left which would be AGC and not CGA as shown. Of course once I flip the cube over and across I have the correct reading but I still feel there are connections here that need further investigation.
The phrase .....the exception that proves the rule fits perfectly here. x
