ALERTS
Alerts are hexagons or base
pairs that do not conform to the usual pattern. A three letter codon
on the bottom with another on the top make up one hexagon. Six
letters in all. If you have a three letter code which contains T and
A with another T or A in it they will swop to their complimentary
opposites diagonally E.G.:
TTC AAG So T becomes A and
A becomes T but C and G remain
CAA GTT unchanged.
TCA TGA When T and A
appear together with either C or G as the
AGT ACT other letter T and
A remain unchanged and C or G swop.

Whilst they would be
happiest reflecting themselves they settle for swopping hats with
each other.
In the actual 61/2 Hexagram
they are not happy because they are both hydrophilic, the letters do
not conform to the standard, the numbers do not match up and nor do
the directions they take. So all in all a very unbalanced hexagram in
its usual form.

In the standard 27/8
hexagram they are not happy because the numbers do not match, the
directions do not match although as – 28 is neutral they can be
hydrophilic and hydrophobic.
In taking another look at the alerts I realise it's not a bad map to have to see the sameness and the differences between both sides of the same cube or hexagon so I will now make a map of all 32 cubes.
