Alerts in The I Ching DNA Codons and Hexagrams

 

A quick peek at the alerts in The I Ching Hexagrams partnerships. 

Number 1… shows lower Hexagram ACT 3/8 Nine Star Ki Hexagram 27 now if we put its pairing on top in the way crystals work it would create another ACT so I can understand why this pairing needed to split and instead of a double ACT we now share ACT 3/8 Hex 27 with Hex 28 4/7 TGA this means the Hexagram numbers work 27 and 28 but the Nine Star Ki 3/8 and 4/7 are not complimentary. If we changed the ACT into a DNA Codon instead of the crystal partner we would produce AGT 7/4 Hex 61 which is correct for the DNA codon ACT with AGT but again the hexagram number and nine star ki are wrong but at least the DNA Codon is correct for codons if not for crystals.

Number 2 shows lower hexagram GCC 3/3 Nine Star Ki Hexagram 51 and on top we have CCG 8/8 Hex 52 so the hexagram numbers match, the nine star ki numbers are happy but the DNA Codon is not. If we put 3/3 Hex 51 with GGC 7/7 Hex 58 on top then we have unhappy nine star ki numbers unhappy Hexagram numbers but the DNA codon is good for DNA matches. 

Number 3 CGG 4/4 Hex 57 has GGC on lower level with GGC 7/7 Hex 58 on top. So the hexagrams are happy, The Nine star Ki are happy but the DNA Codon is not. So in the DNA Codon version we have GCC on bottom with GGC on top so the Hexagrams are not happy, the nine star ki are not happy but the DNA Codon matches. 

Finally number 4 AGT 7/4 Hex 61 on bottom with TCA on top 8/3 Nine Star Ki Hexagram 62 this is another one were AGT creates itself on top so needs to be swopped. In doing so the codon does not match, the nine star ki and not happy but the hexagram is correct. When made up in DNA Codons style AGT 7/4 Hex 61 partners with ACT 3/8 Hex 27 so the DNA Codon is correct the nine star ki are not happy and the Hexagram numbers are not happy. 

If you only take into account the DNA Codons then they are all correct but DNA Codons in the I Ching Hexagrams have 8 ALERTS and show us how not all nine star ki, hexagrams or DNA Codons are happy in the crystals until we flip the right hand side of a crystal over and the DNA Codons all match as they do in biology but its interesting that the alerts are suddenly conforming now they have been flipped over. 

Alerts create amino acids, Proline, Serine twice, Arganine, STOP Opal, Threonine, Alanine and Glycine.

Aspect Shapes Teachers, Worker, Ruminator, Magician and Lecturers x 4. Nine Star Ki numbers 3,4,7 & 8. Saturn, Jupiter and Venus Planetary years.  So no clues here other than 3,4,7 & 8 cause all of them. 

Confusing yes but then I am a Pisces and Neptune is my middle name. There is a clue to something here if we could but find out why it behaves this way. Enjoy yur thinking. X 

The Pairing of Hexagrams in The I Ching

 

This is a Hexagram pairing 47 and 48 of The I Ching......TGC with CGA above they both belong to the 1/1 - 9/9 crystal.......and sit opposite each other in the 3rd and 5th house positions. If I use the I Ching in its usual format T become A at the top and C & G do not change this is a diagonal change.

So TGC becomes CGA with diagonal changes and creates a sextile pattern on the hexagram. If we take the ALERT version of changing bottom and top we would still have TGC at the bottom but the top would become AGC. This also works if you flip the top over from right to left. AGC is also compatible with 1/7.

This would change the hexagrams matching from diagonal to vertical.............I wonder if when DNA changes a T to an A in an error code like sickle cell anaemia does it have a connection to vertical versus diagonal. To be continued on next page. X
 

Alerts of The I Ching amongst The Aspect Shapes

 Note on the last listing that 8 of The I Ching Codons are marked *** which means they are alerts as they do not conform to the normal standard of Hexagram connections.

Take the Hexagram shapes the are made from the DNA Letters in codons....

8 Variations on the triangle make up the 64 codons of DNA G Yellow....Green A .....Blue C.... and Orange T.... they point either North of South. They can create 6 piece Hexagrams....

Simplest GGG changes to CCC diagonally 

When it comes to Hexagrams that contain T and A they swap into each other diagonally but when a hexagram contains C or G as well then only T and A swop. 

As in this example T becomes A and G remains unchanged. 

So that is the standard for DNA Letters matching up in The I Ching. 

One of the Alerts that does not follow this ruling is GCC/CCG

Here we have GCC below and CCG above now in the normal run of things this should be GCC below with GGC above as the C and G should change diagonally. It does not change so it is an ALERT. 

This Hexagram pairing is Hex 51 with 52 which is correct......it is Nine Star Ki matching 3/3 with 8/8 which is also correct so the only problem here is the DNA Letters do not conform to standard. 

GGC/CGG Hexagrams 57 and 58 which is correct....7/7 and 4/4 Nine Star Ki which is correct but again the ALERT here is GGC should become GCC so once again it is the DNA codon letters that are wrong here. 

Here we see the ALERT from ACT with TGA above.....Hexagrams 27/28  so a match there... Nine Star Ki numbers 4/7 and 3/8 above.......now this is not a match......7 and 4 are interchangeable and 8 and 3 are but not combined as they are here so we have an ALERT with the nine star Ki numbers......also the letter of their DNA Codons do not conform either. Instead of T becoming A and C and G remaining unchanged in this combination we see that T and A remain unchanged with C becoming G instead this is an ALERT.So two ALERTS with this combination. 

AGT with TCA are also ALERTS again T and A remain unchanged but C becomes G. The Nine Star Ki numbers are 7/4 and 8/3 which again are not a match so another ALERT here too. The Hexagram numbers are 61 and 62 which is correct. 

So all 8 Codons have a problem what causes the above problems......lets look at ACT if you swop them out in the correct manner you create another ACT on top which obviously wont work. If you take AGT you will once again if done correctly create another AGT on top ..........so it looks as though these four codons got together and decided to swop top hats........just to keep things rolling. 

With the errors in G and C patterns they resolve it differently..........GCC should create the top hat GGC but instead it has been partnered with CCG they have swopped letters vertically rather than diagonally. They partner without problems Hex 51/52 - 3/3 and 8/8. Also GGC has a top hat of CGG when it should be GCC again vertical not diagonal changes. The other C and G dominant codons swop diagonally except for these four. GGC?CGG match with Hex 57/8 and nine star ki 7/7 and 4/4. So just letters are an ALERT here. 

If I look at all 8 of the codons they do in-fact all swop vertically rather than diagonally which is the first time I have realised this. Could there be a reason for them to change vertically rather than diagonally changes which make them ALERTS that cannot be corrected so they make vertical changes instead. Whatever the reasons these eight codons do not conform to the standard of The I Ching for whatever reason and its worthy of note. Enjoy your thinking. X 

The 64 Hexagrams of The I Ching and DNA Codon Equivalents

Here we have the 64 codons of DNA or 64 Hexagrams of The I Ching…..the six lines of a Hexagram are formed from two numbers of Nine Star Ki. E.g. we start at Hexagram 1 GGG which is 6/6 in Nine Star Ki. Every 7 years the top or sixth line changes moves to the bottom or the bottom line changes and moves to the top depending on which direction you are taking. So I suspect this is where the phrase the 7 year itch comes from. I Ching…………iching……….Itching………for change.

In DNA T and A and C & G sit opposite each other but in the Hexagrams and their opposites T becomes A and vice versa but if there is a C or G in the Hexagram then only T & A will change C or G remain unchanged. If the hexagram is made up of only C’s or G’s then they do change into each other. The exceptions to these rules are marked with a *………….these Hexagrams are called alerts because they do not conform to this standard for example Hex 51 GCC sits with Hex 52 CCG but should be with Hex 58 GGC.

So of 64 codons only 4 sets of two hexagrams do not conform to the standard pattern required. When you put these Hexagrams into the Crystals you can see they clearly fit and form there own patterns but not until you flip over the right hand side of the crystal do you find they now conform to the usual patterns of DNA T and A and C & G all swop sides. So there is no longer any alert to speak of.

Some codes change according to the Hexagrams rules …........these are called

alerts*** in the Hexagrams but not all of them have a problem here with finding

an alternative. Some Hexagrams to DNA changes show no alert but also cannot be

changed to anything else.

Hexagrams 1/2 and 11/12 GGG/CCC and AAA/TTT are obvious no changes.

Hexagrams 17/18 GTC/CAG show no alternatives and are not usually alerts but

they have the potential to be connected to Hexagrams 53/54 CTG/GAC as they

are reverse readings of each other. I wonder if this mirror image causes any of the

repeat patterning problems we see with CAG and Huntington's disease. 

Hexagrams 27/28 ACT/TGA ***and Hexagrams 61/62 AGT/TCA ***are alerts and although they show no alternatives they do have a connection having borrowed the

tops of each others Hexagrams.

Hexagrams 29/30 CGC/GCG show no alternatives and are not usually alerts. They

are however the peaks of the 1/1 – 9/9 Crystal so a tenuous link to Hexagrams 63/64.

Hexagrams 63/64 ATA/TAT shows no alternatives and are not usually alerts. They

are however the midpoints of the 1/1 – 9/9 crystal so a tenuous link to Hexagrams

29/30.

As we can see from this data Grand Trines only relate to other Grand Trines but

can connect to each other from all three sides.

Magicians and Teachers work together.........Ruminators and workers are good

together. Thinkers and Alternators are good together but Alternators and Lecturers

are also good together so by association Thinkers, Alternators and Lecturers hang

around each other. We can also see that Lecturers can be happy in their own company.

Magicians and Teachers can piggy back off each other from the 150* and 60* aspect.

Ruminators and Workers from the 180* aspect only. Lecturers and Lecturers from all

three sides of their triangles. Lecturers and Alternators can connect from the 120*

aspect. Alternators and Thinkers can connect from the 120* aspect.

All matches in Hexagrams are diagonal. 

This feels like a comfortable version 2/6 – 1/9 – 3/8 – 4/7 we are still putting the

3 with 8 and 4 with 7 despite the differences in the alerts marked in red.

In standard DNA TGC would read ACG on the opposite side of the ladder. T becomes

A and C becomes G and vice versa.

In The Hexagrams T becomes A but C only becomes G if there is no T or A in the codon

if it's a codon of only C's or G's then they change C becomes G and G becomes C except in the case of alerts. So we see that DNA Codons and Hexagrams do not work in exactly the same way.

In DNA ladders TGC would read ACG on the opposite side but in the Hexagrams

TGC Hexagram 47 would be opposite CGA Hexagram 48. G & C do not change

because the letter T is present.

So there are never alerts or changes to be made to the Hexagrams containing numbers

1,2,6 or 9...........only Hexagrams containing the numbers 3,4,7 and 8 show errors or alerts.

We see here that some 3,4,7 and 8 cannot function to the usual rules of The Hexagrams. They are all situated in the centre of this particular pattern. These four numbers are able

to share with each other to complete the 64 Codons or Hexagrams.

the DNA codons.

7/7 Hex 58 Joy, Self Indulgence, delight, open pleasure, cheerful optimism.

8/3 Hex 62 Small powers, an XS of small things don't fly too high or it can lead

to disaster.

When a Hexagram creates a mirror image of itself in the opposite position it has

to find another mirror and swop hats with them. The last four alerts are mirror

images and do swop tops with each other. The 3,4,7 and 8 numbers are happy

together but not the hexagram numbers.

The first four alerts 3/3, 4/4, 7/7 and 8/8 are not mirror images of each other. They

are more unhappy about being matched with the same numbers in nine star ki. 3

and 8 are paired up but in the alert situations they are reluctant to match in 1/8 of

codons/hexagrams. The numbers 3,4,7 and 8 are not happy together but the Hexagram

numbers are.

The 6/6-2/2 crystal and the 1/1-9/9 crystal contain no alerts.

The 8/4-7/3 crystal holds the alerts TGA and ACT.

The double crystal holds the alerts GCC, CGG, GGC, CCG.

The diamond crystal holds the alerts TCA and AGT.

Any issues that surround TGC, ACT, GCC, CGG, GGC, CCG, TCA and AGT

 could well have some connection with the mismatch of their opposites.  

64 Codons of DNA in The I Ching

There are 64 DNA codons and they move along nicely starting at number one through to number 64 and there are no problems until the number Hexagram 27 occurs.....this position is called an alert. Next problem occurs with Hex 51/2, then 57/8 and finally 61/2. The reason they are called alerts is the top and bottom do not match or conform as all other Hexagrams do. Usually two codons or hexagrams sit one on top of the other. It there is a T or A in the mix they become opposites T becomes A and A becomes T the C & G remain the same. If only the letter C & G are in the hexagrams they swop to opposites C becomes G and G becomes C except in alerts. 8 Codons out of 64 that do not conform = 1/8^th of the whole.

Hex 27/8 ACT/TGA.....TGA should be ACT which would mean it was the same hence alert

Hex 61/2 AGT/TCA..... TCA should be AGT which would mean it was the same hence alert

They cannot make two codons the same so instead they just change C to G and G to C...this is why they are called alerts they do not conform to standard where T and A change.

Hexagrams 61/62 are alerts in the Diamond Crystal.
