Atom Weights and their Musical Shapes

 The Atom Weights of DNA Codons ….

Atom weight of 44 there are 12 codons and they create 6 pairs.

Atom weight of 41 there are 8 codons and they create 4 pairs.

Atom weight of 47 there are 8 codons and they create 4 pairs.

Atom weight of 45 there are 11 codons and 10 of them create 5 pairs in 45 leaving one 9/9 - GCG Hex 30 which pairs with 1/1 CGC Hex 29 in 42’s.

Atom weight of 42 there are 3 codons 2 of them pair up and the 1/1 pairs with one of the 45’s.

Atom weights 39 and 48 have only one of each codon and they pair with each other.

Atom weights of 43 there are 10 codons and they create 5 pairs  two of which pair with codons in 46.

Atom weight 46 there are 10 codons and they create 5 pairs  two of which pair with codons in 43. 

64 Codons in all which show that somehow the weight of the elements have a connection to the Hexagrams and their partnerships.

So here we see how much of the circle or houses the musical notes of each Atom weight set covers.

There is no atom weight of 40 as it could not compute for three letters.

39 and 48 have only one codon each and they create grand trines in Water C and Air/Tree G Houses 3,4,7,8,11 and 12 connect here but have no connection to the first, second, 5th, 6th, 9th and 10th houses.The aspects around the outside are Red and green. I guess this could be said to be a Metronome. 

44 -  has 12 codons but musically cover only 6 notes…houses 3, 4, 5, 6, 11 and 12 with red and green aspects only dominate here. There is no connection to the 1st, 2nd, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th houses.

41 and 47… they have 8 codons each and cover all houses with the exception of the 5th house. The aspects around the outside are green and blue. 

42 and 45 another one similar to 41/47 where all houses are covered with the exception of the 8th house. The aspect colours are green and blue. 

43 and 46… in this set there are 3 60* aspects in blue and the others are 30* aspects in green. All houses covered except 3rd, 7th and 11th. 

So if I look at the lower three shapes 41/47 has the most coverage of all weights with 42/45 and 42/46 having the most coverage.

39/48 and 44 all have only 6 points of connection 39/48 is made up of Grand Trines so has something special going on for it whereas my own 44 is a bit like a hand held fan opened out. It covers only half the houses and has red and green energy active within it so it is always on the go something to do. Whilst it may mean I have less connections perhaps I can specialise in things because of it. 

44 aspects around the outside and within show various colours…….

So when all six points share aspect lines we have a more colourful version of reds, greens and blues so plenty of energy for me to be getting on with things. We also see that magical double Ruminator in here one of my favourite patterns to show up. Amino Acids Isoleucine has the most at 2 so wouldn’t say it dominates then we have Phenylalanine, Leucine, Tyrosine, STOP Ochre, Arginine, Asparagine, Lysine, Alanine and Glycine. 

Hex pairs here are 11/12 - 31/32 - 63/64 - 41/42 -57/58 but Hex 29 belongs to the weight 42 but pairs with this hexagram 30 which is 45.

Hex pairs 51/52  and Hex 29 pairing with Hex 30 9/9 in the 45 weights. 

Now that strange thing we saw in the last listing lets look at 42 first…..we have two at 42 with one not pairing here but if we bring over the 45 9/9 Hex 30 we then could be said to have

42 + 42 + 45 + 45 = 174 Yes that works

That would mean leaving the 45 as only 10 x 45 = 450  but if we take away two 45’s we get 360 or if we take 450 + 45 + 45 we get 534 so its not playing ball with that pattern here. So lets play with it…….

11 x 45 = 495 plus 45 = 540

10 x 45 = 450 plus 42 = 492

10 x 45 plus 2 x 45 = 582 (yes that works as 5 plays the role of 2) 

Therefore this pattern only works when we either move a hex to the other side to partner up hence increases its weight but not when removing it altogether. Hmmmm maybe the 147, 258, 369 has no bearing on this partnership but it still draws my attention.

Three of the above partner with each other Hex 43/44 - Hex 13/14 - Hex 9/10 the remaining Hexagrams partner in the 41 batch. Now we remove Hex 58 altogether. 

8/8 CCG Proline Hex 52 Centred  41 Atoms * and Neutral should have found its partner in the opposite side of 47 atoms 7/7 GGC Glycine Hex 58 Centred but they do not match with Hex numbers.

So we have here two Hexagrams that should partner but don’t and in atom weights 41 8/8 CCA would in The I Ching Hexagrams find its partner in 3/3 GCC Hex 51 and if they did indeed partner up hex 51 has an atom weight of 41 not 47. 

By  swapping one Hexagram 7/7 for another 3/3 we also change the Musical notes for 41 because it adds another note D and the musical notes for atomic weight 47 also change because we lose note B. So now Weight 41 has 10 musical notes but weight 47 has only 7 not playing as many tunes with this weight. 

I have added to the list in red the new codon that should be with the list of 41.

So the reality here could be two codons that are just lost in space for want of finding a partner they can match up with. By finding its partner of the same weight it is happy so when we do the next list of weights will we find 7/7 happily hiding amongst them. 7/7 GGC actually weighs so we will find it in that set of 11 @ 45.
