We see here that Hexagrams 21 & 22  are connected to the planets Saturn, Venus, Jupiter, Mars & Saturn and Nine star ki numbers 3,8 & 9 and create Ruminator & Worker aspect shapes Hex 21 produces the Amino Acid Alanine and Hex 22 produces the amino acid Threonine. Again we see the partnership of positive odd numbers with negative even numbers more of which later although there are no differences of note in the directions here.

We see here that Hexagrams   are connected to the planets Saturn & Jupiter and Nine star ki numbers 8, 3 and 2 and are Alternator and Thinker aspect shapes Hex 15 produces the Amino Acid Proline and Hex 16 produces the amino acid Serine. Earth, Water and Fire appear here. 

Hexagrams 43 & 44 are connected to the planets Jupiter & Venus …Nine Star Ki numbers 4, 6 and 7,  are Lecturer & Alternator aspect shapes. Hex 43 produces the amino acid Glycine and Hex 44 produces Tryptophan Air, Fire and Earth elements. 

Hexagrams 15 & 16 pair up in the way crystals do A and T change but C and G remain the same if a T or A appear in the codon. With DNA its T becomes A and C becomes G and vice versa in all cases which is why they can now find a connection 15, 16, 43 & 44

Now up till now 1 goes with 2 etc., and an odd or positive number pairs with another odd or positive number and a negative or even number pairs with an even or negative number but for the first time we do not get that. In this case 15 pairs with 44 and 16 pairs with 43 something has changed and that is always worth observing in

16    TCC    Hydrophilic     Happy together one philic one phobic SE/NW

43    GGA    Neutral            SE/NW

44    TGG    Hydrophobic   Happy enough together one phobic one neutral having to make the choice in 

                                            This case to become philic. - E/W

…but would this be enough to make them sit in diagonally opposite positions instead of vertical ones. This is something to think about and the first I have come across in this pattern lets see if any others do the same and can perhaps give us another clue. Maybe negative and negative or positive and positive can be happy together and we should not try to force them to sit differently. Another problem I see here is that 15 is moving from the SW to the NE yet its partner is moving SE to NW and 43 is moving SE to NW with 44 moving E to . So 16 and 43 are moving in the same direction but 15 and 44 are not. 

Others also share this problem so I will come back to it when I have all the data.
