So we can see from the hexagram pairings that one will be hydrophobic and one will be hydrophilic

if they are both phobic or philic one of them will have the ability to become neutral and the amendment can be made. In the case of the alerts 51/52 both Alanine and Proline can be neutral so can adapt but I still feel it would be happier with its other partner 57/8.
