Debate is the word I would associate with Mercury/Mars. Sometimes heated debate but mostly just debate and if those gentle souls who can't debate without seeing it as an argument can't cope it is not the fault of Mercury/Mars. The enquiring mind combined with an energetic lively energy, whats not to love. You will never be bored by these people. You may be competitive in your thoughts, maybe a scientist who is trying to get to the result before anybody else. You like to get to the heart of the matter quickly, “well why didn't you just say that”, will be a regular phrase. You are not afraid of hard work but you don't like to waste your energies fruitlessly. Sometimes you could be a bit too much to point too quickly for the average person.
