So here we have the map of musical notes in making Amino Acids and below we mark up the Amino Acids in each section…..We can see here that they like to gather in fours but some are only two alongside each other with another two below. Sometimes it is just one as In Tryptophan……or Methionine Start position…… STOP has three vriations which cross 2 sections leaving that end gap for the Tryptophan.
I cannot help but think because of the positions Histidine must have a strong connection to Glutamine and Lysine to Asparagine………….lots to think about here enjoy your thinking x
