Musically TGC plays C F# B and TGT plays C F# G# so similar again in as much as they both start C F# but the last note is different.
Lets take TGT first the purple line shows us where on the keyboard it starts and finishes so TGT starts at T and ends on T musically that means you have played C followed by F# and finally G#. You are playing a tritone from C to F# then a Major 2nd from F# to B. So only needing 9 notes. The broken line is what you need to draw in if you want to make the shapes of DNA but here we do not do that as it is the sound and the sound finishes at T. The shape here if you add the blue line would be an Alternator triangle. If you played the Major 3rd from T back to T you would be moving into the next octave and that will not do so T to G to T and thats it Cysteine has been created in those three notes.
Cysteine is also created from TGC which again starts at T and this time it ends on C this means you have played C F# B musically. You play a tritone from C to F# then a perfect fourth from F# to B. You use all 12 notes with this amino acid. The broken line in green is a Minor 2nd but is only needed to create its complete triangle called a Ruminator and contains no further musical notes. If you played the Minor 2nd from C to T is would be moving into the next octave and that will not do so T to G to C and thats it Cysteine as been created in those three notes.
This is an easy way to check out the differences because there are only two types of DNA Codon that make Cysteine. So TGAC building blocks of life, Nine Star Ki numbers, and music all can be used to determine exactly which amino acid is made. These two both start with a tritone which in itself can be said to be difficult, fiery, sulphur like which is how the Tritone is characterised. I thought I was crazy to think this way but it turns out to be correct in its way and is called sonification, translating the genetic code into music. They say a tritone and perfect 4th can create cysteine. More to be done on this but for the moment here is something to digest. Enjoy your thinking x
