A look at Astrology, Feng Shui, Nine star Ki, I Ching and then finally on to DNA. A look at all of these principles through patterns. These are my thoughts and I can give you no evidence but ask that you accept what you are comfortable with and disregard the rest.

The Seasons and their Midpoints in Feng Shui
Postcards from all eight directions.............across the top we have 4 9 2, South East - tree/air 4 is all blue and green in colour a beautiful day where we can experience growth, particularly in our wealth and prosperity. South - fire - 9 a beautiful woodland covered in purple bring us fame and success at our peak. South West - earth - 2......the hard work is coming to a close, the harvest will soon be coming in and things are looking good, there will be plenty for everyone this year.
The second row East - tree/air - 3 all green and lush everything is new and fresh and coming alive, this is just the beginning. The centre point or 5 position where everything passes through. West - metal - 7 vivid red, the year is coming to and end, the colour vibrant in its last throes of the summer, autumn has arrived, time for some fun.
Third row North East 8 the white invisible part of the chart, the astral plane of no colour, everything is there but you can no longer see it a blanket of white snow is covering it all. Everything will soon manifest from here once more as the new year approaches. North - water - 1 time to start planning for the next year, all is quite and still, the water flows on regardless of the lack of greenery, the barrenness, the fragility of winter. Career is vital here, make a plan and stick to it. North West - Metal - 6 The grey skies, nothing much can be done to improve things now, its time to tidy up and get ready for winter before the soil is too hard to penetrate. Final touches.
