Positive and Negatives of all 5 sets of DNA Codons

Here we see all of the DNA crystals 6/6 - 2/2 the first one............then the Diamond crystal which has only four Hexagrams/codons in it....then the Double Crystal which contains 24 codons/Hexagrams...then the 8/4 - 7/3 crystal and finally the 1/1 - 9/9 crystal......together they contain all 64 codons of DNA here we show only that they are a Positive or Negative number in the Hexagrams .....start at the bottom of a crystal and work your way to the top they all create the same charges from white to black from bottom to top number 2 and number 5 can be seen within the pattern ........in the double one crystal is inside of another so one crystal on the inside and the other on the outer edges......when using magnets you can feel the push and pull the codons are making. The Positive and Negative movements of the 1/1 - 9/9 Crystal

Here we have the 12 codons of the 1/1 - 9/9 crystal but notice how the positive and negatives move up the crystal forming the number 5 at its centre.

Each of the crystals has its own way of moving up and down. X

The Flip Required to Make all DNA codons match up to the Crystals

Here we see the twelve DNA Codons of the 1/1 - 9/9 Crystal
If we write up the DNA letters into a vertical line on each side we will find they do not match despite clearly matching within the crystal. No problems all you have to do is take the bottom peak and the five codons down the left hand side and flip them over thus moving ACG to the bottom of the line.
We see below that when we flip one side over it becomes an oblong shape rather than a crystal the peaks now join at the top and all the dna letters now match.

For example TGC bottom left now matches with ACG and in all the crystals these laws are required. I wonder were in a string of dna we can find the point were we would flip them over.

Nine Star Cubes and Crosses

Sometimes its difficult to see a pattern emerging from The I Ching….if it took 7 years before the itching became noticable but for some patterns it has taken me much much longer. Hexagrams to DNA for example took me a couple of decades. I simply couldn’t see how they connected……….once I did many avenues opened up to me. Currently I am looking at the cross or cube of Nine Star Ki patterns. If I give you the face of a cube you have to fill in all six sides of the cube making sure that all numbers 1 to 9 appear on each face. Sounds easy enough give it a whirl.

So we start her with one side of the cube filled with Nine Star Ki number positions with number 1 at its centre. Now you need to fill in the other 5 sides making sure all numbers appear 1 to 9 on each side. No peeking till you have tried to fill it in yourself.

So now we have all six sides of the cube or if we open it out cross. Here I give you some clues into how to fill the cube or cross in more easily. Take all four corners and draw a line to its opposite corner.....you will find the same numbers ...obviously number 1 is at the centre on all six sides...there is also an attraction of North to South....in the face on the left bottom row middle is the number 6 is the position of North and next face around from it the same number 6 appears in the South position. That South position has a relationship with the West and take the next face around and in the west position you will fine 6. In left hand face East position we find the number 8 which we see again in the North position of the next face which we already know has a relationship with the South so it is in the South position of the next face etc., So North and East are closely related and South and West are closely related if you look closely East is just another face of the West cube and North just another face of the South cube.

Lets see how much easier it is to fill in the blanks on the cross. The same rules apply just in an open cube.

Fill in the cross with the same laws as you will fill in the cube.........so if you have the position for North in the left hand branch of the cross you know it should be the same as the East position of the right hand branch of the cross. Corners relate to each other too. Have fun and no peaking.

So if you fold this cross up into a cube you should have the same patterns as the cube above. Remember corners relate, North connects to East, South connects to West. Observe how in the cross above the outer branches or arms correspond to the outer edges of the centre part of the cube 6 in the SE connecting to 6 in the NW of the opposite side and so on. Enjoy the same rules apply no matter what number from1 to 9 you place at the centre.

Triangles within cubes. . . Notice how the corner numbers create X’s and not triangles like the cardinal points do.

Enjoy x

Up and Down the Garden Path with DNA Crystals

This is a way of showing the 6/6 - 2/2 Crystal of 12 Codons of DNA.

C.    T
A.    G

CLOCKWISE C T G A

We can find our first crystal of 12 codons by starting literally at the beginning with Hexagram 1.
This is GGG 6/6 Hexagram 1. To make a crystal you start with the GGG and move to the next one by taking the last two letters GG and then the first letter is moved once around the map above. So G becomes A so the second DNA Codon is GGA 6/7 and so it goes on until you have all 12 codons and it then returns to GGG. So if we create a crystal here we will get the following... a DNA Codon and its nine star ki numbers

GGG 6/6
GGA 6/7
GAA 6/3
AAA 6/2
AAC 7/2
ACC 3/2
CCC 2/2
CCT 2/8
CTT 2/4
TTT 2/6
TTG 8/6
TGG 4/6

Now we have the 12 codons and their 9 star ki numbers now we need to change the Nine Star Ki numbers to nine star Ki I Ching Lines.

Take a look at the pathway above the first stepping stone is GGG 6/6 then we move onto GGA 6/7 and so on until we reach CCC 2/2 at the end of the path......then we turn around and come back down the pathway and we see that the lines are now upside down but they read the letters or lines we need to continue the same crystal. Finally we reach TGG 4/6 and then GGG 6/6 before turning again and heading up the path again. This makes life so much simpler so to make all 3 of the 12 codons we can do just this and it will work. The Diamond crystal has just four codons but will work in the same way. The double 24 codons will also work but two paths alongside each other would be required. Sometimes in the creating of ornamentation we can hide our codes and patterns in plain site. We only ever need to know half the story to be able to guess what the other half would read. Enjoy creating pathways or other forms of patterns for others to discover. X.

The World of Nine Star Ki

Here we have another image of Nine Star Ki’s Cube........numbers 1 to 9 in that magic square of life.

This image shows clearly that a nine star ki map is not just the face of nine star ki but the whole cube of 27 pieces.

So we start with the crystal shape and match up the corners by drawing a line between them.....then we have the shape above a six sided cube........the image below shows the corner points and why they would match up to each other. The bottom picture shows us a Nine Star Ki cube based on the number 1 at its centre...the face of the cube and the rear of the cube creating 27 cubes altogether in one nine star ki picture. The underlined in blue section shows the dominant number in this chart is 7 cubes of the number 1 which form a three pronged cross inside the cube. The first underlined in red is the number 3 tree/air energy which is more dominant than the number 4 in the 1 cube. Then we see 3 cubes of number 5 and number 8 which shows them to be the two dominant earth numbers. Number 6 is the more dominant from the metal energy and finally Fire and Water in this particular map show that Water is dominant over Fire.

The Simplicity of The I Ching

Here we have the I Ching Lines shown as a solid white line for Jang and nothing at all for Jin starting 1 through to number 9 of course 5 is missing as it does not appear in the I Ching.

This is a map of all 64 codons in lines only using 2 - 8 - 1 - 4 - 3 - 9 - 7 - 6 across the top

Above we have the lines of the I Ching on its first three rows ............it shows Jin lines as not being there at all invisible......and Jang lines are visible. If we take row one it shows 2/2 - 2/8 - 2/1 - 2/4 - 2/3 - 2/9 - 2/7 - 2/6........

The top row shows numbers 2 - 8 - 1 - 4 - 3 - 9 - 7 - 6 and the row beneath it is all 2’s......lets read them as no and yes Jin and Jang.....so the top row is no - yes - no - yes - no - yes - no - yes and the second row is no - no - yes - yes - no - no - yes - yes and finally bottom row is no - no - no - no - yes - yes - yes - yes. Then to complete the row of 8 Nine Star Ki combinations we have three rows of no all the way through as the number 2 is no no no.

The next set of two rows are 8/2 - 8/8 - 8/1 - 8/4 - 8/3 - 8/9 - 8/7 - 8/6 so the top row will be exactly as it is above because they are all the same numbers on top of the 6 lines. Then the three rows below house the number 8 so they show one continuous line from 2 to 6 on the top row. The next two rows are once again empty.

The third set is 1/2 - 1/8 - 1/1 - 1/4 - 1/3 - 1/9 - 1/7 - 1/6 so the top row will once again be exactly as above and the three rows beneath them will have nothing on the first row a continuous line from 2 to 6 for the middle row and the bottom row is also empty.

The fourth set is 4/2 - 4/8 - 4/1 - 4/4 - 4/3 - 4/9 - 4/7 - 4/6 so the top row is once again exactly as above and the three rows beneath them will a continuous line from 2 to 6 across the top line and once again on the middle line the final bottom line will remain empty.

The fifth set is 3/2 - 3/8 - 3/1 - 3/4 - 3/3 - 3/9 - 3/7 - 3/6 so the top row is once again exactly as above and the three rows beneath them will be top and middle rows empty nothing at all and the bottom line will be one continuous line from 2 to 6.

The sixth set is 9/2 - 9/8 - 9/1 - 9/4 - 9/3 - 9/9 - 9/7 - 9/6 so the top row is once again exactly as above and the three lines beneath them will be a continuous line from 2 to 6 across the top....the middle line remains empty and another continuous line runs from 2 to 6 across the bottom.

The seventh set is 7/2 - 7/8 - 7/1 - 7/4 - 7/3 - 7/9 - 7/7 - 7/6 so the top row is once again exactly as above and the three lines beneath them will be top row empty middle and bottom row will be continuous lines from 2 to 6.

Finally the 8th set is 6/2 - 6/8 - 6/1 - 6/4 - 6/3 - 6/9 - 6/7 - 6/6 so the top row is once again exactly as above and the three lines beneath them will be all three of them full continuous lines from 2 to 6.

So eight ribbons of colour or the map above show you how simple it is to follow the I Ching map The Word based on 28143976 across the top. The DNA version.

Musical Amino Acids and DNA Codons Part 4

We can see above the I Ching and the position of the Amino Acids in this map. We see from the other parts of this article 1, 2 and 3 that there is a relationship to some amino acids from a musical point of view rather than just them being the same amino acids.

The amino acids Glycine, Proline, Valine, Alanine and 309 all fit neatly into blocks of amino acids and have no connection to other amino acids from the perspective of music.

The amino acids that seem to share music with another are as follows....

Isoleucine...ATC - ATG - ATT - ATA all in the same block but ATG is Methionine or the start button.
They all start with A - C# ...second letter T - E ...and the third letter C - G - T - A each of the blocks of four holds B in the top left hand side G# is the top right hand side A# to the bottom right hand side and A to the bottom left hand side.

                B.    G#
These final four notes always sit in the box in this order and are so important
                A.    A#.        In making the final decision on what that codon will become.

Histidine...CAT - CAC ........... Glutamine...CAG - CAA share CA as their first letters D F musically
And then the third letter works exactly as the image above. So Histidine and Glutamine share a relationship.

Lysine...AAA - AAG .....Asparagine...AAC - AAT they share AA or C# F and the third letter is as the image above and a relationship.

Glutamic Acid...GAG - GAA ..... Aspartic Acid GAT - GAC they share GA D F musically and then the third letter is as above and they share a relationship.

Arginine...CGC - CGA - CGG - CGT - No problems for the CG range or the first two of the AG range AGA - AGG.....but the last two of the AG range are actually Serine AGC and AGT so they are connected by A and G ...C# F# musically and the third letters work in the same way as above. So Arginine AG has a relationship with Serine AG.

Cysteine TGT and TGC have a relationship with Stop Oval TGA and Tryptophan TGG all relate with the TG starters but the final third letter makes all the difference to what it will create from the relationship.

Leucine...CTC - CTT - CTA - CTG these amino acids have no other relationships.....but Leucine
TTA and TTG have a relationship to Phenylalanine TTT and TTC musical start with C T or C and E musically the third letter working as above. As an aside Phenylalanine TTT 2/6 is musically the very first tune to be played of all the codes.....C E G#...... what that might mean I have no idea but worth observing.....2/6 belongs to the 6/6 - 2/2 crystal and appears in the 7th house TTT as 2/6 in nine star ki....could a combination of Heaven and Earth be the starting point of all DNA.......coming in from the West.

Stop Ochre TAA - Stop Amber TAG - Tyrosine TAC & TAT this shows a connection between STOP signs and Tyrosine with once again the last note being the decider. They share TA - C F musically.

Serine TCC - TCT - TCG - TCA has no problems...Serine AGC and AGT connects to Arginine AGA and AGG they share AG or C# F musically and the third note is what makes them different.

So all amino acids start with two letters of the codon but share a different letter in the third position which moves around clockwise from bottom left A bottom right A# top right G# and top left B. Every single one of the 64 codons ends this way so that third letter can make all the difference.

All of the first letters of a codon will be C C# D D#
All of the second letters of a codon will be E F F# G
All of the third letters of a codon will be G# A A# B

It is in the combining of these letters or musical notes that we create all that has been all that is and all that will be. Play a happy tune x

Musical Notes and DNA Codons Part 3

Here we have Serine full set for TC’s but AG’s A and G both belong to the Arginine amino acids once again showing a relationship between Serine and Arginine in the AG C# and F# if not between the TC’s

Here we see Alanine and Threonine which have no other relationships that we can see.

Then we have STOP Ochre and STOP Amber but they also form a relationship through starting with TA or C F with Tyrosine.

I like to think that without a list or pattern such as this these relationships could pass us by.....but if you were baking a cake and the first two ingredients were flour and butter but the third ingredient was different in all four cakes we would have four cakes but four cakes with many similarities. Tyrosine amino acids have only two codons so perhaps they have a need to befriend the STOP codons  who can say but relationships in music must have some purpose.........maybe thats why we have to play I will name that tune in three because two markers just are not enough to say what it is that is about to be played.

Enjoy thinking. X

Musical Notes and DNA Codons Part 2

Here we have the Arginine Map AGA AGG are Arginine but AGC and AGT are Serine so though they are different amino acids they do have some relationship to each other. The four bottom Arginines are as standard.

We can see from this second batch Cysteine has only two codons and the other two from the same batch are. Stop Oval Codon and the Tryptophan Codon it would appear they have some relationship from the C F# connection.

With Leucine we have all four happy enough though we have another two Leucine matching with a pair of Phenylalanine through C and F so different amino acids but with a relationship of sorts to each other.

With Lysine we have only two codons and the matching pair are actually Asparagine related through the connection to C# and F.

Valine has four codons and no apparent problems.

Glutamic Acid has a pair GAG and GAA but then the other two of this pairing GAT and GAC are Aspartic Acid but have a relationship through the D and F. Both are acids so perhaps not so surprising.

More to follow.
