All about the Number 2 and the number 5 in The I Ching - Nine Star Ki - Astrology and DNA Codons

Number 2 and number 5 - Supportive and Submissive all about motherhood and the need to be mothered. It's nurturing, gentle, receptive and quiet. You understand things can take time and have the patience to wait for them. You are supportive, self sacrificing, a person who gets things done quietly. Your reserved, devoted but you need time to develop. Conservative and worriers, wanting to take the lead would be a mistake, be a second assistant and don’t go for leader until you know you're ready. The Thinker..... has a particular opinion or belief system with certain ideas about something or someone. You have a particular mental attitude and can take things into account with careful consideration to see the advantages. They often think twice or think about the past, recalling a specific time or event. They express their thoughts as they come to them. Highly intellectual beings.

Proline....hydrophobic.....healthy skin and tissue, produces collagen for the function of joints and tendons. Glycine and Proline do not form the same angles as other amino acids. Glutamic Acid can also create Proline in the body. A non essential amino acid because the body can create its own. It assists in the breaking down of proteins in the body which allows the formation of new cells. Helps in repair of healthy skin and tissue particular at a site of trauma. Four variations of Proline CCT, CCA, CCG, CCC. Only CCC and CCT are associated with the number 2 and appear in the water quadrant of the I Ching The Word. 

Leucine... hydrophobic builds muscle, regulates skeletal muscle proteins after exercise. Slows down muscle degeneration, it is used by the liver, body fat and muscle to increase endurance, used in the synthesis of haemoglobin, maintaining proper blood sugar levels and plays a role in human growth hormone synthesis. An essential amino acid you must add to the body it cannot make its own, lack of it can cause muscle wasting, (seen in the elderly when they reduce food intake), depression, low energy and hyperglycaemia from blood sugar irregularities. There are six variations of Leucine CTC, CTT, CTA, CTG, TTA, TTG. Only CTC and CTT create the Thinker aspect associated with the number 2 and both appear in the water quadrant of the I Ching The Word. 

Serine - hydrophilic helps brain function and central nervous system, often found in silk. Serine is found in cell membranes as well as in the sheaths that cover and protect nerve endings, it builds and repairs these structures. A non essential amino acid which can be made in the body from Threonine or Glycine. Used as a moisturiser in cosmetics.  An important neurotransmitter in your central nervous system. Nerve endings transmit messages to other parts of the body. There are 6 forms of Serine TCC/TCT both forming the Thinker aspect and associated with the number 2 and TCA TCG  AGC AGT . TCC and TCT both appear in the Fire quadrant of the I Ching The Word.  

Phenylalanine - hydrophobic useful in lack of appetite, depression, memory loss, PKU from build up of phenylalanine. Soda drinks contain it. Used in the treatment of Parkinson's disease, chronic pain, osteoarthritis, alcohol withdrawal symptoms, and applied to the skin for vitiligo. It is still not clear on the human uses of phenylalanine in the body, it sends out messages but it is not known why. An essential amino acid you must get from food as your body cannot make it. The body changes phenylalanine into tyrosine to make proteins for brain chemicals and thyroid hormones. Deficiency in phenylalanine causes confusion, lack of energy, decreased ability to be alert, memory problems, lack of appetite. PKU sufferers are lacking an enzyme that produces phenylalanine and unless found within the first few weeks of life can cause problems with brain function. TTC and TTT are the only two codons connected to phenylalanine.  TTC produces The Thinker, and TTT the Grand Trine in Fire. Both appear in the Fire quadrant of The I Ching The Word.
